Customer satisfaction: at the heart of everything we do
At Maribay Toulon Plaisance, we place boaters, whether they are stopping over or staying for the year, at the heart of everything we do. Listening to our customers and their feedback is invaluable in helping us to evaluate and continuously improve our facilities and services, with a single goal in mind: to offer stays that are increasingly enjoyable and meet the expectations of boaters.
Every year, we conduct satisfaction surveys with our boaters (whether they are visiting or annual customers). Complemented by the Navily platform, this customer feedback is invaluable to us. valuable in establishing an accurate picture of the situation and implementing effective corrective measures.

Reception & overall satisfaction:
In 2024, following data analysis, an action plan was put in place at the beginning of 2025, and here are the results:
- 90% of boaters surveyed are very satisfied with the welcome they received at the Port Office (+16 points vs. 2024)
- 96% are satisfied with their stay in one of the ports
- 88% (+27 points vs. 2024)
What they appreciate most:
- 88% appreciated the welcome they received upon arrival
- 61% appreciate the port's geographical location and tourist attractions
Actions that pay off:
- 45% recommendation rate on the rise (vs. 31% in 2024)
- 95% plan to return to one of the ports (vs. 92% in 2024)
