The Maribay Toulon Plaisance concession will run for 30 years from January 1, 2024, and covers the following ports and port areas: Toulon Darse Nord, Toulon Vieille Darse, Vieux-Port de la Seyne-sur-Mer, Espace Grimaud, Balaguier, Manteau, Tamaris, Lazaret including the aquaculture sector, Pin Rolland and Saint-Mandrier.
The contract has a number of objectives: to renovate and bring up to standard structures and equipment, to improve the level of services offered, to ensure that these 10 port areas are among the cleanest in the Mediterranean area, and to implement sustainable development solutions for the protection of biodiversity, the development of renewable and low-carbon energies, and water and waste management.

Boating in the spotlight
The design and implementation of the modernization work will be carried out by Eiffage's various business lines: Eiffage Génie Civil via its subsidiary Eiffage Travaux Maritimes et Fluviaux, Eiffage Route, Eiffage Énergie Systèmes and Eiffage Construction. They are scheduled to take place between 2025 and 2029.
