UDM Company, founded by Jules Larralde, is developing an innovative mobile desalination solution that transforms seawater into fresh water directly in ports. Designed to optimize the use of drinking water, this mobile unit is equipped with sensors, remote monitoring, and a smart dashboard that allows users to control consumption, anticipate maintenance, and reduce their environmental footprint.

On Thursday, November 6, the port de Toulon Vieille Darse the official inauguration of this solution. During the presentation, Jules Larralde outlined the stages of development carried out at the port, the performance of his unit, and the environmental challenges that his project addresses: more sustainable, more autonomous water management that is perfectly suited to the needs of marinas.

A demonstration under real-life conditions was also carried out, allowing the partners present to discover the concrete advantages of this technology and what sets it apart from existing systems.
