General operating regulations

In close consultation with the metropolitan authority and CLUPIPP elected officials in order to harmonize practices as much as possible between the various marinas under the responsibility of the metropolitan authority, we have drafted the general operating regulations for the Maribay Toulon Plaisance marinas. After approval by CLUPIPP and the Port Council, these regulations will come into force on January 1, 2026. 

This guide outlines the essential rules for navigating, accessing ports, and safely using the equipment provided.

He specifies in particular:

• best practices for mooring,
• each party's obligations with regard to insurance,
• ship maintenance and respect for the neighborhood,
• the conditionsfor assigning positions,
• managing waiting lists,
• parking and traffic rules on land.

Finally, it reaffirms our collective commitment to a clean, safe, and well-organized port. This regulation was designed to guarantee fairness, safety, and quality of service for all users.
