Maribay Toulon Plaisance to inclusion

As part of European Disability Employment Week, the port de Toulon Vieille Darse part in the DuoDay initiative, a national campaign aimed at helping people explore different careers, promoting employment opportunities, and changing perceptions of disability.

We were delighted to welcome Christine, who spent the day shadowing our teams. Accompanied by port agents, she discovered the diversity of tasks that make up our business:

• Reception and information for users,
• Vessel tracking and monitoring,
• Administrative management,
• Monitoring technical interventions...

This immersion highlighted the diversity of port professions and the importance of teamwork in serving boaters and ensuring the smooth running of the port.
