Preamble

Eiffage protects the privacy of Internet users visiting its Website in its capacity as data controller within the meaning of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended (hereinafter the "Data Protection Act").

  • "Personal data" refers to Article 2 of the French Data Protection Act and means "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to that person." Personal data includes, in particular, data that allows Users to be identified. Purposes of personal data processing

The processing of personal data carried out by Eiffage through the website has the following purposes (hereinafter the "Purposes"):

  • handle your questions or requests for information or any other requests (e.g., recruitment, quotes, student projects, complaints);
  • allow you to follow the site and its news (RSS feed).

The information required by Eiffage to fulfill the purposes described above is marked with an asterisk (*) on the various pages of the website. If you do not fill in the fields marked with an asterisk (*), you may be denied access to all or part of the website's services and features, and your requests may not be taken into account. The other fields are optional and are intended to improve the quality of the service offered to you by the website.

Other information is optional and allows us to get to know you better and improve our communications and services to you. The information collected by Eiffage includes your last name, first name, postal address, email address, and phone number.

Retention period for personal data

The personal data collected is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the various purposes described in the previous paragraph.

Therefore, your personal data:

  • electronic identification: are kept for thirteen (13) months from the date of collection;
  • relating to cookies are kept for a period of thirteen (13) months from the date of collection;

Personal data collected is deleted following the occurrence of one of the following events:

  • expiration of the shelf life;
  • exercise your right to deletion in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the terms specified in the section entitled "Your rights of access to your collected data" in this privacy policy;
  • removal of the site by Eiffage for any reason whatsoever.

Recipients of personal data

When you voluntarily provide personal data about yourself, particularly multimedia content (photographs, videos, etc.), you agree to provide accurate information that does not harm the interests or rights of third parties.

Safety measures

Eiffage makes every effort to protect your personal data against damage, loss, misuse, intrusion, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Procedures for the physical and electronic backup of personal data collected on the site are implemented in accordance with current French legislation on the protection of personal data.

However, Eiffage does not control all risks associated with the functioning of the Internet and draws your attention to the existence of potential risks in terms of occasional data loss or breaches of confidentiality of data transmitted via the Internet. The information provided on the website may be interrupted in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond Eiffage's control or events for which Eiffage is not responsible.

Accuracy of Personal Data Collected

You declare that you are fully aware of the importance of the accuracy of the Personal Data concerning you and provided through the Site.

You also agree to provide only accurate Personal Data throughout your use of the Site and to update it immediately if any of this Personal Data changes during your use of the Site.

As such, you may request access to, rectification, or total or partial deletion of your data, as provided for in the section entitled "Your rights of access to your collected personal data" of this Privacy Policy.

Your rights to access your collected personal data

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 to 40 of the French Data Protection Act, you have a general right to access and rectify data concerning you that is processed by Eiffage.

Furthermore, you have the right to object to your personal data being processed for legitimate reasons (with the exception of prospecting, which you may object to without legitimate reasons).

Unsubscribe from "press release" alerts

The site offers users a free service called "press release alerts," which you are free to subscribe to. These alerts contain information about Eiffage's current projects, products, and new developments.

Use of data in the event of a change of control of the company

Personal data policy relating to minors

The site is not intended for minors. However, access to the site is not restricted to adults, as it does not contain content that is prohibited to minors under the age of eighteen (18).

The forms and questionnaires on the website are not intended to collect information about minors. Liability

Privacy Policy Update

Eiffage may modify its privacy policy. These updates will be made without prior notice and published online.

The previous privacy policy will then be automatically terminated and replaced by the new version, which will immediately become binding on all Users. Use of the site is subject to the privacy policy in force at the time of use. Due to the changes that may occur in the privacy policy, we invite you to regularly visit the "Personal Data" section.
